The veteran of 70 professional boxing matches over a decade, Angel Petkov has a ton of experience to say the least. He has about a ten percent knockout rate but the technique is what is going to give him an edge in his BK bouts. The Bulgarian won his debut against Macedonia’s Nikola Arsov in a close split decision where he outstruck and out landed his opponent by just a hair.
Petkov will throw massive volume and stay very busy while still maintaining strict technique and defense. 70 pro boxing matches will help you do just that. Petkov will make every fight he’s in a close and entertaining one and will usually bring the fight to the final bell. With two BKFC events in his country and two appearances, you can expect the welterweight to fight on most future European BKFC cards.

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
