Pro MMA Record: 1-4-0 (Win-Loss-Draw)
Alberto 'El Indio' Blas is another tough Cuban born fighter crossing over from professional MMA and entering the Squared Circle. After going 4-0 in amateur MMA, it would seem that Titan FC snagged him up and held high hopes for the kid after a quick knockout of Khaylash Tillack. They threw him to the sharks right away after that impressive win and he fell just short the following three matchups before getting back into the win column two times over. Before he entered into traditional boxing, he suffered another loss to Micaias Ureña who is a more than sufficient MMA striker and all-around good fighter. Needless to say, the kid has had his ups and downs in the octagon.
As he enters a new sport, he has looked unbeatable! Defeating Jeremiah Potts, Robert Armas and Joao Guerra all in the very first round, Blas has been on a tear since BKFC 34. As he looks to crack into the rankings, keep an eye on the aggressive and explosive southpaw. His check right is just as dangerous as his powerful left hand, and he will search out the finish until he is put away.
Born in Matanzas, Cuba he resides in Miami, Florida and like many Cuban Americans, he loves his home country but is proud to live in the United States. He is a firm believer in Jesus Christ and thanks god every time he sees success or struggles. Be on the lookout for his signature backflip to throat slit anytime he finishes a fight on top and even more so, look for Blas to be in a title fight soon if his streak continues.
Embodying high-level athleticism, "El Indio's" social media is flooded solely with workout and fight footage and he was a member of Cuba's national freestyle wrestling team.
