The undefeated Andrew Angelcor is fixing to steal the show at the star-studded KnuckleMania 4 in Los Angeles on April 27.
“This is hands down my show. I say that respectfully, but I say that with confidence,” the proud Barstow, CA fighter says ahead of his lightweight showdown with the fast-rising Ruben Warr (1-0, 1 KO).
“I know how hard I’ve worked for this moment, and you’re going to hear it from all my fans when I make that walk at the Peacock Theater.”
Angelcor guarantees his supporters a show to remember – with the disclaimer that he doesn’t think it’ll be a long performance in the Squared Circle.
“(Warr) is coming off a first-round knockout win, and he’s heading into a first-round knockout loss,” Angelcor says.
“If he makes it out of the first round, I’m going to get rid of him in the second.”
Angelcor isn’t looking past Warr, but he sees a clear path to the BKFC World Lightweight Championship in 2024.
“After this fight, I’m going to make it known that I want to fight Bobby Taylor,” he says.
“That fight needs to happen and, after I beat him, there will be no doubt that I deserve a shot at the belt.”
