Four fighters ranked in the Top 5 of their respective weight classes are ready to put on a show in the Squared Circle at BKFC 63 on Saturday in Sturgis, SD, LIVE worldwide on The BKFC App.
x Britain Hart is the BKFC World Women’s Strawweight Champion. She defends her title for the third time against Taylor Starling. No female fighter has stepped into the Squared Circle more times than Hart, who is preparing for her 12th BKFC fight. She is tied with Christine Ferea, the BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Champion, for most victories all time among female BKFC fighters, with eight. Hart is going for her fifth straight win and has been victorious in eight of her past nine trips to the Squared Circle. She holds notable victories over Jenny Clausius, Pearl Gonzalez, Bec Rawlings, Melanie Shah, Charisa Sigala and Paige VanZant.
x Taylor "Killa Bee" Starling is the No. 2 contender in the BKFC women's strawweight division. She started her BKFC career with three straight wins and is coming off a victory over Clausius in the Co-Main Event of BKFC's January Prospect Series event. Starling’s only losses came against Ferea and Jade Masson-Wong, who will fight for the BKFC World Women's Flyweight Championship in the Main Event of BKFC 65 on Sept. 6 in Salt Lake City, UT. She holds notable victories over Clausius and Sigala.
x Josh “D-Day” Dyer is the No. 2 contender in the BKFC light-heavyweight division. Dyer is 2-1, 2 NC in the Squared Circle. His most recent fight was against Jared Warren for the BKFC World Light-Heavyweight Championship. The bout was declared a No Contest after Warren couldn’t continue fighting after being struck in the back of the head. Dyer defeated Warren in his BKFC debut in 2020 and has another notable victory over Dakota Cochrane. His only loss came against Lorenzo Hunt. He takes on William “Wild Bill” Albrecht, who’s coming off a first-round KO victory in his Squared Circle debut in January.
x Josh "Stay Down" Watson is the No. 3 contender in the BKFC heavyweight division. He achieved this rank after back-to-back knockout victories over Greg Hardy and Kyle McElroy in 2023 and 2022, respectively. He’ll try to climb to 3-1 with a third straight stoppage victory at the expense of Reuben "Bam" Roundstone.
