BKFC RETURNS TO DENVER, CO THIS FRIDAY NIGHT WITH STELLAR 11-BOUT EVENT!
Denver, CO (May 29, 2024) Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion, returns to Denver, CO for the fourth time with a stellar 11-bout BKFC Prospect Series: Denver event this Friday night, May 31 at the National Western Center and broadcast globally on the BKFC App (9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT).
“Two of our biggest promotions over the last year, BKFC-41 and BKFC-50, took place in front of the amazing BKFC fans in Denver and we are thrilled to return there on Friday night with this
sensational BKFC Prospect Series event,” said David Feldman, Founder and President of BKFC.

First bell on Friday night is at 7:00 p.m. MDT. The event’s Ceremonial Weigh-In will take place on Thursday, May 30 at 6:00 p.m. MDT at Tom’s Watch Bar, 1601 19th Street Unit 100, Denver, CO 80202.
Headlining BKFC Prospect Series: Denver is a cruiserweight battle between Keegan Vandermeer, (2-1), of Denver, CO and #4 Ranked Sawyer ‘Diesel’ Depee, (4-2), of Lolo, Montana. The popular, local fan favorite Vandermeer seeks a return to the winner’s circle following a hotly contested fight with Esteban Rodriguez at BKFC-56. Hard-hitting Depee is riding a two-fight victory streak, both knockouts coming in the first round; Johnathan Miller at BKFC-53 and Gabriel Mota at BKFC-44.
Co-featured in the men’s flyweight division, Denver’s Andrew Strode, (1-0), faces #4 Ranked Chancey ‘Superfly’ Wilson, (3-3), Wichita, KS. Strode made his crowd-pleasing BKFC debut with a second-round knockout of Cary Caprio at BKFC-50 on September 22, 2023 in Denver. Wilson looks towards a return to the winning ledger following a hard-fought battle against Dagoberto Aguero at BKFC-53 on November 3, 2023.
Fighting in the welterweight division, Andrew ‘The Golden Boy’ Yates, (2-0), battles BKFC newcomer Joshua ‘The Hellboy’ Huber. In the women’s strawweight division, Cassie ‘The Joker’ Robb, (0-3) and ‘Crazy’ Cristina Crist, (0-2), face-off each seeking their first BKFC victory.
Competing in the featherweight division, Dylan ‘The Villian’ Schulte, (1-1), clashes with Robert Armas, (2-2). BKFC heavyweight newcomers Lumumba ‘Heavy Hands’ Sayers and Jeremy Morrison will seek their first victory under the promotional banner. Fighting in the lightweight division, BKFC debuting Ramiro Figueroa faces Brett Hudson, (0-1).
Fighting in the welterweight division, BKFC debuting Sergio ‘The Savage’ Lopez battles professional boxing veteran Derrick ‘Superman’ Findley, (0-2). Casey Moses will make his BKFC debut in the middleweight division against Zebulin ‘CWB’ Vincent, (1-1).
Competing in the cruiserweight division, BKFC newcomer Danny Mitchell challenges the more experienced Joseph ‘Dark Knight’ Creer, (1-1). Opening the event and fighting in the lightweight division, Matt Maestas, (1-1), faces Jessie Stalder, (0-1).

About Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC)
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is the first promotion allowed to hold a legal, sanctioned, and regulated bare knuckle event in the United States since 1889. Based in Philadelphia, and headed by President and former professional boxer David Feldman, BKFC is dedicated to preserving the historical legacy of bare knuckle fighting, while utilizing a specifically created rule set that emphasizes fighter safety. Unlike other fighting organizations and combat sports internationally which claim to be “bare knuckle”, but require wraps, tape, and gauze; BKFC is true to its word as fighters are not allowed to wrap their hands to within one inch of the knuckle. This makes BKFC unquestionably the truest form of bare knuckle fighting.
