Hundreds of fighters have entered the Squared Circle since Dakota Cochrane made his BKFC debut in 2019.

But Cochrane isn’t just sticking around – he’s standing out. Now seven fights into his impressive tenure with BKFC, Cochrane is riding high on his most impressive winning streak yet.

On Friday, he earned his third straight stoppage victory in the Co-Main Event of BKFC Fight Night Omaha in his native Nebraska. He accomplished the feat by taking out the previously unbeaten Jeremie Holloway via second-round KO.

Cochrane, 38, attributes his longevity to his durability.

“I’m a durable guy,” says Cochrane, who also boasts a 34-13 record as a pro MMA fighter.

“I’m always in every fight. I don’t think there’s anyone that you can put me in there with that I don’t have a shot of beating. If I have a good strategy, I have the chance to win against anybody.”

Next in Cochrane’s sights is BKFC World Middleweight Champion David “Redneck” Mundell, who is 8-1 on the strength of six straight victories.

“If it were up to me, I’m fighting for the title next,” he says. “That’s where I should be; I belong in that conversation for sure.”
