“Anytime, anyone, anywhere.”
That’s what Ismail "Berti" Israilov says when asked if he’d like to fight with BKFC again after his 72-second victory over Danasabe Mohammed at BKFC Prospect Series in Albuquerque, NM.
“I feel great,” he adds via his interpreter.
“My performance was flawless. I don’t think I even got hit. No injuries. I’m ready to go again.”
Israilov wanted to make a statement at Prospect Series, and that’s exactly what he did.
“It was a major statement,” he says.
“Everyone saw my power and my speed. Me and my team at Jackson Wink MMA believe I have the skill set to dominate everyone, everywhere.”
The 23-year-old Israilov made history in Albuquerque as the first Chechnyn fighter to ever compete in the world-famous Squared Circle. He’s proud to be a pioneer for BKFC in his home country, and he has big goals for the future.
“A little piece of history for my people has been written, but I need to do more,” he says.
“One of my goals is to win a BKFC World Championship. I want to get to megafights. I want to go after big names like Mike Perry and such. It will be legendary.”
